Alpha Gamma Kappa (AGK) is the California School of Podiatric Medicine's only fraternity. Our primary mission is to enhance the collegiate experience for podiatric medical students- both academically and socially. We feel it is vital our students and alumni to excel scholastically, thrive convivially, and grow together with the diverse populations in Oakland and the Bay Area. We also believe community activism is a key component to both in school and out, and our primary goal is to give back to the areas that give us so much
At the same time, we would like to aid in other facets of the scholastic experience. Learning tools such as guest lecturers, study guides, surgical videos, workshops and many more will be available to enrich student's learning and podiatric perspectives. Social events will create lasting bonds and serve as reward for students who put in hours to volunteer. Alumni events, especially the hailed "Monte Carlo Night", a long-standing California AGK tradition, brings together alumni, students, faculty and staff alike to celebrate the end of the academic year and bring us closer together in partnership to heighten all of our experiences in the podiatric field.
AGK is an equal opportunity organization and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, ethnicity, religion or physical ability in any way. All CSPM students are welcome to join AGK.
