Campus Service Center

The Campus Service Center is the first point of contact for current students conducting business with the Offices of Financial Aid, Registration and Student Accounts. Campus Service Center Assistants disburse financial aid checks, explain student accounts and assist students with registration issues.   They also receive, review and process all student employment documentation and time cards for all campus locations.  For service and operational specifics, please see the Campus Service Center Service Level Agreement below:

NOTE:  In order to be authorized for work, students must submit State issued ID and a Social Security Card or a U.S. Passport to the Campus Service Center along with their completed paperwork.  

CampusShip (inter-campus courier service)

SMU contracts with United Parcel Service (UPS) to provide a courier service that picks up and delivers inter campus mail daily (M-F) to each campus location.
