I earned my B.S. in Physical Therapy from UCSF, and my Master of Applied Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia. Most recently I have completed my PhD, also at the University of South Australia. I have practiced in the area of musculoskeletal physical therapy for over 20 years, and have served as part-time or full-time faculty at the entry-level since 1994. I also teach at the post-professional level, currently the clinical reasoning content for the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Orthopedic Residency and Fellowship Programs, as well as at various other residency programs and for the transitional DPT program at Pacific University in Oregon.
