The Department of Education issued final regulations in regards to Gainful Employment (GE) for schools that participate in Title IV. Those regulations mandate that institutions must disclose to prospective students certain information about their GE programs. Since all of Samuel Merritt University's programs lead to a degree (Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral), we are exempt from these regulations.
