How to select color printing for PC and MAC users

IT is taking steps to reduce SMU’s seemingly excessive printing expenses. It costs 3 times the amount to print in color than black and white. To help dwindle down this expense, we’re asking you to print in black and white – mostly. For your convenience, IT has set B/W as the default for all workgroup shared printers. Additionally, here’s a QuickReference Guide when you really, really need to print in color.
