Mapping to a network drive

This document guides you through connecting to a shared folder on a network.

1. Right-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop. Choose 'Map Network Drive'.
   
   
2. Choose a letter between F and Z
   
   
3. In the Folder: field, enter \\smerritt\data, Check the box 'Reconnect at logon' and click 'Finish'
   
   
4. When you double-click on 'My Computer' you should see your mapped drive to the Data directory
