What To Do If You Receive A Phishing Scam or Spam E-mail Message

  1. In Mail, on the Home tab, in the New group, click New E-mail.

  1. In the To… field, use the address spambusters@samuelmerritt.edu or you can use the Global Address List (GAL) by clicking on the To… button and using the search box to find “spam”, highlighting “SPAM” and then clicking the To button.

  1. In the message window, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Attach Item.

  1. Click Outlook Item. Browse through your folder list to find the folder that contains the item that you want to attach (In this case, find the spam or phising message). Under Items, click the item, and then click OK.

  1. Press Send.
