Printer Support


Information Technology Services maintains the University's fleet of desktop and multifunctional printing devices through our partnership with Ricoh Business Solutions.

Ricoh delivers new toner cartridges directly to every SMU department upon request.  Certified HP and Ricoh printer technicians are on site full time at the Oakland campus, and local technicians are readily available to respond to service requests at each of the SMU learning centers.


Replacement toner cartridges and other non-paper supplies can be ordered over the phone at no cost to your department for any printer bearing a Ricoh service tag.  For detailed information on how to order printer supplies, click here.
