Auxilio is SMU's dedicated resource for all aspects of printer/copier/fax service, supplies and equipment management. They also provide full training on equipment, including time saving functionalities of each device.  Make one call to the Service Desk at (888) 888-6044 or servicedesk@sutterhealth.org  to receive service for all the following items:

REQUESTING TONER, SUPPLIES, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (All Oakland Office Locations, SF Peninsula Learning Center and Sacramento Learning Center)

  1. Contact the Sutter Health Service Desk: Call (888) 888-6044 or email servicedesk@sutterhealth.org.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your printer’s Auxilio Controlled asset label number.  Look for the Auxilio sticker on your printer (see sample photo to the right).
    • Printer Model
    • Your location
