The Educational Effectiveness Review (EER) requires an institution to conduct a thoughtful and sustained analysis regarding institutional performance to fulfill educational objectives including achievement of student learning outcomes. Through a process of inquiry and engagement, the EER is designed to encourage the strengthening of quality assurance systems and organization learning.
