Camp Kesem Berkeley, a week-long summer camp for the children of parents who have or have had cancer, is seeking a psychotherapist to act as a resource for camp staff and as our mandated reporter. Camp Kesem does not provide therapy to our campers, yet the therapist is an integral part of the camp staff and is included in camp activities. Our sleep-away camp runs August 15-20, 2011 and is held in the Santa Cruz Mountains. In return for services provided, we are prepared to offer a $500 stipend, though the position could also be volunteer-based.
Therapist needed with: A master’s-level degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.At least two years of experience is preferable.
