We are hoping to hire someone with a flair for geriatric/ SNF/LTC, and interested in enhancing their knowledge and growing with us. I am looking for someone that is open to the ALAmeda/contra costa county facilities, my practice is mostly at major SNF and I do see short term rehab and LTC patients.
