SAMMY, the Library Catalog
SAMMY lists all Graziano Library books, videos, audios, DVDs, CD-ROMs, websites, and bone collections. It also includes print journals but not electronic journals. Samuel Merritt College students, faculty, and staff can set up a My Account in order to see when the items they borrowed are due, renew non-reserve items, and see if they have any fines.

These materials include high-demand items, items put on reserve by Samuel Merritt College instructors, as well as one copy of most required texts. The list of reserve materials is searchable in SAMMY by course number or instructor last name. To put items on reserve, instructors should consult How Faculty Can Put Materials on Reserve.

Annex
Additional space for the library collections is located in Lower Towne Court. Called the Annex, this space houses journals prior to 1990 and the library Archives. For access to pre-1990 journals, see Request Pre-1990 Print Journals. For access to Archive items kept in the Annex, see Request Archived Books.
Archives
The Archive collection comprises items of historical interest, including a wide array of sources such as reports, studies, photographs, audiotapes, video recordings, and memorabilia. Examples of texts from early days of the college, works on the history of the health professions and local hospitals, and works of enduring interest are all available for research or pleasure. These materials document the growth and development of the college and of the professions and professional societies related to it. Notable holdings include alumni photographs, a complete set of NLN and ANA publications, and the first West Coast podiatric journals (1941). Our oldest book is Brodhurst's On the nature and treatment of club-foot.... (1856).
The Archives are in the process of being added to SAMMY, the library’s online catalog. To browse a list of Archive items in SAMMY, follow these steps:
