The Immediate Effect of Trunk Weighting on Balance and Functional Measures of Persons with Parkinson’s Disease
Looking for volunteer participants for a research study on the effect of a physical therapy intervention on Parkinson's disease
Rolando Lazaro, Associate Professor, Physical Therapy Department, is conducting a study that aims to determine the effectiveness of trunk weighting on balance and functional measures of persons with Parkinson's disease.
Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old, diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, able to fully bear weight on both legs, and have problems with balance. Free parking to the campus will be provided. There will be no compensation for participation.
