A powerful tool for drafting and managing assessments and importing them into Canvas. This desktop application runs under Windows, but not on Macs. SMU has a license enabling use by all faculty.

Technical Support
Options for students having technical difficulty during an exam:
- Students taking an exam using Respondus Monitor (not just RLDB) can chat with a live support agent by clicking the Help Center button at the top of their screen.
- Students or faculty using Respondus LockDown Browser or Respondus Monitor can open a Respondus support ticket.
