Here are samples of past students' work for their synthesis projects, which were presented in the final semester of their education.
The synthesis project is a student's capstone project. Each student must choose a topic from the following options:
- Development of a case management program
- Development of an interdisciplinary CM tool
- Development of a research proposal in relation to CM practice
- Development of a cost-effective and efficient CM process within an acute care setting or in the transition from acute care to the next level of care
