The Office of the President is responsible for the dissemination of Samuel Merritt University news and information. We are responsible for interactions with local, state and national media on topics that range from health sciences education to the University's role in the greater community. Faculty researchers in the key medical fields are available to provide opinion and information for the media. Institutional publications that inform and/or support SMU events or activities are also produced in our office, such as brochures, newsletters, press releases and web-based publications.
