The Associate Director of Publications and Media Relations promotes Samuel Merritt University news and information through local, State and national media on topics that range from health sciences education to the University's role in the greater community. Faculty experts in the field of nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant and podiatric medicine provide opinion and information for the media who contact the OP. Institutional publications to inform and/or support SMU events or activities are also produced such as brochures, newsletters, press releases and other hardcopy and web based publications.
