About the Program

6 Visits Total

  • 1st visit: Evaluation
  • 2nd-5th visits: Treatment
  • 6th visit: Home Program Instruction, Discharge

Services Offered

  • Physical Therapy examination and intervention by DPT students, supervised by faculty
  • Computerized balance assessment
  • Vestibular training
  • Functional training
  • Environmental assessment
  • Coordination with outside services for equipment, as needed
  • Personalized Home Exercise Program

To Be Eligible You Must

  • Have a documented neuromuscular disorder (Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Post-Polio Syndrome, etc.)
  • Obtain medical clearance from your physician
  • Commit to attending all 6 sessions, to be held on Monday afternoons
  • We are accepting clients on a first come, first serve basis
