About the Program
6 Visits Total
- 1st visit: Evaluation
- 2nd-5th visits: Treatment
- 6th visit: Home Program Instruction, Discharge
Services Offered
- Physical Therapy examination and intervention by DPT students, supervised by faculty
- Computerized balance assessment
- Vestibular training
- Functional training
- Environmental assessment
- Coordination with outside services for equipment, as needed
- Personalized Home Exercise Program
To Be Eligible You Must
- Have a documented neuromuscular disorder (Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Post-Polio Syndrome, etc.)
- Obtain medical clearance from your physician
- Commit to attending all 6 sessions, to be held on Monday afternoons
- We are accepting clients on a first come, first serve basis
