Effective with those applying for admission to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program for fall 2008, there is a change in required GPAs. The minimum cumulative GPA for the last 60 semester units of 2.80 remains the same. The minimum all-science GPA has been dropped completely. What has been added is the calculation of a prerequisite GPA, which must be a minimum of 2.60.

All successful applicants must meet or exceed the stated minimums, and to be most competitive in the admission process overall, these GPAs should be achieved at the time of application.
