Samuel Merritt University's Board Of Regents Welcome Three New Members

Dr. Brown became President Emeritus of the Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities (AICCU) in 2011, after 20 years at the helm and 16 years as Vice President. He previously worked in the White House, as a congressional staff member, and for the Minority Leader of the California Assembly.
