In April 2010 the DPM and FNP programs joined forces to fly nine DPM students to San Ysidro, California. They provided free foot care to the residents and particularly to the large Latino immigrant population where access to health care is difficult. Dr. Tim Dutra (CSPM) and Dr. Valerie Dzubur (FNP) were the mentors and supervisors onsite for the trip. Come hear about their experiences in this vital medical mission.
