From this point: Follow the Instructions for Importing a Blackboard Export File into Canvas

Now that you have successfully exported ONLY your tests, surveys and exam pools, you can follow the instructions for Importing a Blackboard Export File into Canvas. You will essentially be importing the Bb Export file as if it were a full course, but it will only contain the exams you need. Once you're done with that tutorial, all of your exams and pools will be in the "Quizzes" area of your course.
