Anti Harassment-Disciplinary Action

Disciplinary Action - If sexual or unlawful harassment has been committed by one of our faculty or staff members, we will take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, counseling, informal or formal reprimands, written or verbal warnings, suspension, reduction in pay, reduction in duties, transfers, and other actions the University deems appropriate including termination from employment.
