Anthony Guarino
PhD
A. J. Guarino is a professor of biostatistics at Massachusetts General Hospital, Institute of Health Professions, Boston, MA. He has co-authored the following statistics textbooks, Applied Multivariate Research Design and Interpretation (2012), Analysis of Variance Designs with SPSS and SAS (2008), and Data Analysis Using SAS Enterprise Guide (2009). He received his Ph.D. in Statistics & Research Methods from the University of Southern California, Department of Educational Psychology and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. His academic career includes over thirty years of teaching post-secondary courses in the quantitative series of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Multiple Regression, Multivariate Statistics (MANOVA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Research Methods and Advanced Measurement Theory.
