I am a practicing Internist and Geriatrician, with both specialty boards certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. I've been teaching in the school of podiatry for the last 39 years. I have practices in post acute care units as well as acute care hospitals. I am also a hospice medical director and am a Physician Advisor for Utilization Management at St. Mary's Medical Center, San Francisco, California. I am also a Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine.

I teach general medicine I, II, III, IV which are all lecture courses. I also teach the second-year clinical medicine rotation as well as the fourth-year clinical medicine rotation. All of these courses and rotations are within the California School of Podiatric Medicine.
