About Me

Dr. Laureen Turner is an internationally published author, educator, and speaker with over 28 years of experience in nursing. Her clinical work spans from adult med/surg, pediatrics, maternal/child, home care, infusion, and hospice. Dr. Turner began teaching in 2009 at Ohlone college. She has taught for the University of Phoenix, the University of San Francisco, and Samuel Merritt University.   Dr. Turner currently serves as the chair of the RN to BSN program.

Community Service

Dr. Turner has served on multiple boards and commissions within California. Currently, her interests lie in improving the health of the community of Livermore.  She also works to aid in the education of the public and community groups on the use of medicinal cannabis.
