At what moment in your life did you decide you wanted to go into healthcare?
As an avid basketball player, I have suffered several foot and ankle related injuries. After being a patient myself, I realized how stimulating podiatry could be and from then on I was determined to enter into the healthcare to work with athletes in the future.
What were the main obstacles you faced?
Getting acquainted with the workload and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I would tell them what my mom tells me: “The journey is the reward.” So have fun with it!
