I always saw myself going into healthcare, but knew for sure when I started going on mission trips to Mexico with Smiles International Foundation.
What were the main obstacles you faced?
Besides my volunteer work and biology degree, I didn’t have any healthcare experience coming into this program. I’m so grateful that all my hard work paid off.

Watching my favorite TV shows: Scandal, Revenge, Jimmy Fallon and NFL games.
What is one thing you'd like to tell a new student just entering your program?
I would tell future ELMSN students to take it one day at a time, and that everything is possible with hard work.
