Purpose: Serves as a contact for supporting the IT Project Manager and Technical Services team and provides assistance to student labs and printer operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with filling of invoices, submission of paper and other administrative duties as assigned.
Creates Service request for University end user incidents using the computer information system.
Works with users to ensure timely and effective problem solving
Routine maintenance in various computer labs
Engages in over-the-phone consults for intermediate technical issues (password resets, use of Learning Management System)
Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
