Please join us for a one-day symposium honoring Women’s History Month focused on women serving vulnerable communities.

Dr. Joy DeGruy is a nationally and internationally renowned researcher, educator, author and presenter. Dr. DeGruy is the acclaimed author of Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome — America’s Legacy of Enduring Injury, Healing, and Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome: The Study Guide.

Rev. Traci Blackmon, Executive Minister of Justice & Wellness of the United Church of Christ and Senior Pastor of the Christ the King United Church in Florissant, MO. Rev. Blackmon’s communal leadership and work in the aftermath of the killing of Michael Brown, Jr., in Ferguson, MO has gained her both national and international recognition.
