Facilities Campus Visit Schedule

Moving Services - Oakland, Sacramento, SF Peninsula

Contract movers will provide moving, delivery, and installation services for the Oakland, San Francisco Peninsula, and Sacramento campuses on a monthly scheduled service date.  If you do not need service on your assigned date, please get in touch with Facilities 72 hours before cancellation. All requests must be submitted via a work order.

  • Oakland - Every 1st Monday of the month.
  • San Francisco Peninsula - Every 2nd Monday of the month.
  • Sacramento - Every 3rd Monday of the month. 

 

Beam & Company - Fresno

Beam & Company will provide moving, delivery, and installation services for the Fresno campus on a monthly scheduled service date.  If you do not need service on your assigned date, please get in touch with Facilities 72 hours before cancellation. All requests must be submitted via a work order.

  • Fresno - Every 4th Monday of the month. 

Facilities Site Visits

Site visits to SMU's Sacramento and San Francisco Peninsula campuses are conducted by the Facilities Director quarterly.

Sacramento
First Monday of each Quarter, or as needed.

Fresno
Second Monday of each Quarter, or as needed.

San Mateo
Third Monday of each Quarter, or as needed.
