Student success and professional readiness across all programs at SMU are measured and tracked by a suite of robust indicators that allow trend analysis with most indicators analyzed at the disaggregated levels by race and ethnicity.

  • Direct evidence and analysis of student learning outcomes are available in the Institutional Effectiveness Center on SMU’s Canvas learning-management system site. This site contains curricular maps, key assignments, assessment plans, teaching and learning assessment reports, and evidence of student learning.
