Email Signatures
Here's the new body, with one email signature (the working one) and clean instructions. One deliberate exception: the signature table keeps its inline styles. People copy that block into Outlook, and the inline styles are what keep the font, colours and red divider looking right in the email. Everything around it is plain HTML that the site's theme styles.
Your email signature
This is the standard Samuel Merritt University email signature. Replace the sample name, title, phone number and pronouns with your own.

Add the signature in Outlook
Keep the font, colors and sizes as they are, and don't add personal quotes.
- Select everything in the signature above, from the logo to the icons, and copy it (Ctrl+C, or Cmd+C on a Mac).
- Sign in to Outlook on the web (Office 365).
- Select the gear icon
in the top right to open Settings. Scroll down the settings panel and select View all Outlook settings.

- Select Compose and reply in the left sidebar.
Under Email signature, paste your signature (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac).

- To add your signature automatically, make sure both checkboxes are ticked: one for new messages and one for replies and forwards. Outlook usually ticks them for you.
- Select Save. Your signature is now set up.
