About Me

A primary care NP with a passion to mentor others, within diverse communities, with the goal to diversify healthcare and promote patient-centered care.

Education

Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior along with a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano Studies from UC Davis. Then, completed the Entry Level Master of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in Family Nurse Practitioner through SMU. I recently completed the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at SMU. 

Teaching Interests

Interested in teaching leadership skills along with mentoring foundations to help each student succeed throughout their educational trajectory.

Scholarly Interests

Interested in efficient pathways that utilize informatics to improve all aspects of healthcare.
