About Me

Dr. Santos is an innovative healthcare leader, clinician, consultant, and educator with extensive experience and a proven record of managing and improving health systems using evidence-based practice and quantitative methods. He is leader who is a strategic and systemic thinker, operates with situational and transformational leadership styles. 

Dr. Santos is leader who re-engineers work culture for positive development, including the successful implementation of change transitions, evidence-based programs, and quality improvement initiatives. He has travelled all over the world and has always been invited to speak about his research work and public service.

Education

Dr. Santos finished his Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialty on Community Health Systems in 2015 at University of Washington. He earned an Executive MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2020. He finished his BS in Nursing and BA in Psychology in 2010. He has been a clinician for over 10 years and worked as a surgery nurse and manager in top academic hospitals.
