Dr. Santos is an innovative executive healthcare leader, clinician, consultant, and educator with extensive experience and a proven record of managing and improving health systems using evidence-based practice and quantitative methods. He leads with strategic and systemic thinking and operates with situational and transformational leadership styles. 

Dr. Santos is a leader who re-engineers a work culture for positive development, including successfully implementing change transitions, evidence-based programs, and quality improvement initiatives. He has traveled worldwide and has always been invited to speak about his research work and public service.
