About Me

Sarah McCall Proctor was born at Samuel Merritt Hospital. She has come full circle to now teach at Samuel Merritt University. She believes education is a cornerstone to developing a healthy human, family, community, and society. Through out her career in nursing she has sought to learn more about how to provide empowering options for people to move towards improved health.
