Getting Started with Educational Research and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning for Health Professions Educators

Concept Mapg: Getting Started with Educational Research and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning for Health Professions Educators

The focus of this year’s PED centers on promoting faculty engagement in scholarship.   We are pleased to welcome Dr. Karen Hauer, MD, PhD, Vice Dean for Medical Education at UCSF, who will present:  From Teaching to Educational Scholarship:  Getting Started in Health Professions Education Research. Additionally, the day will offer practical, accessible sessions for faculty at all stages of scholarship experience, with opportunities to learn from colleagues, explore campus resources, and consider how teaching questions and innovations can lead to meaningful scholarly work.
