Campus Tours
Join current students and staff as they lead you through the classrooms, labs, and facilities at the Oakland Campus. Campus tours will be conducted every 30 minutes from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

9:30–10:30 a.m. Information Sessions

Podiatric Medicine & Surgery​
For students interested in becoming DPMs.

Physician Assistant 
For new students with an interest in our two-year MPA program.

Physical Therapy
Includes a program and admission overview.

Entry-Level Master of Science in Nursing
For students who already have a bachelor’s degree in a non-nursing field. Content will cover both the Case Management and Family Nurse Practitioner options.

Anesthesia Doctorate of Nursing Practice (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia)
Prepares critical care nurses to provide anesthetic care (CRNA).

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology - Sports Medicine (NEW)
For transfer students interested in Kinesiology. 

Master of Social Work - Behavioral Health (NEW)
For transfer students interested in Kinesiology.  Join us for this information session to learn more about SMU's new Master of Social Work (Behavioral Health focus) program.

RN to BSN
For associate degree prepared registered nurses.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
For students who do not have a bachelor's degree.

Occupational Therapy
For students with an interest in our Occupational Therapy program.

Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing
For students who already have a bachelor’s degree in a non-nursing field.

Graduate Nursing
For BSN prepared RNs with an interest in the following graduate nursing programs: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Case Management or Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Master of Science in Nursing Clinical Education (MSN-CLE).

12:00–12:45 p.m.  Lunch and Tabling Groups

These will be concurrent tabling sessions, many which will be led by our student scholars and Student Affairs staff. Attendees are encouraged to drop by the various tables and ask questions or chat with current students and staff about the committees and resources available to SMU students. 

12:45–1:30 p.m.

Student Panel (Q&A)
Visit and chat with current students from multiple programs. Q&A will be available.
