About Me
Sean Kramer is the Chair and Director for the Samuel Merritt University PA Program since 2025. He has been a certified physician assistant since 2005, actively practicing in emergency medicine, psychiatry, family medicine, and as a surgical house officer. From Ohio, he served as the Lake Erie College PA Program Director since 2016 and as Academic Coordinator and Principal Faculty from 2012 to 2016.
His achievements include being the OAPA Educator of the year, national champion for Project Access, advisor for 8 quarterfinal AAPA National Challenge Bowl appearances, and obtaining numerous grants enhancing PA education, partnering with the NCCPA Health Foundation, PAEA, and SAHMSA. He also serves as faculty for the PAEA New Faculty Workshops, ARC-PA site visitor, and volunteered at the Lake County Free Clinic.
