About Me
Dr. Fan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience providing therapy in outpatient mental health settings. She later established her own private practice, where she specializes in supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, work-related burnout, complicated grief, and trauma.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Fan holds a leadership role at a virtual mental health organization, where she oversees the internship program, develops training initiatives, and ensures the quality of clinical education. She also provides clinical supervision and mentorship to the next generation of MSW students.
Education
Dr. Fan received her MSW from New York University and later completed her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania.
Scholarly Interests
Dr. Fan's research interests include trauma, mental health stigma, and the mental health of Chinese international students.
