IT Work-Study

Description

The work-study position will provide support for the IT Department's administrative and technical needs. 


Duties and Responsibilities: 

(Note: On the job training will be provided.)

• Take ServiceDesk support phone calls and assist with resolution or ticket submission into our ticketing system.

• Assist with routine computer lab checks ensuring a clean environment, printer functionality, printer paper supplies and computer peripheral (i.e. mouse, keyboard, monitor) functionality and Internet access.
