Hosted by Samuel Merritt University under the auspices of the Center for Innovation and Excellence in Learning (CIEL), Elevate 2023 is an iPad conference open to all institutions of higher learning.
The purpose of this conference is to connect expert educators across the country and explore uses of the iPad in Higher Education with a focus on Health Professions.
This conference is fully virtual, synchronous, free of charge, and offers free CEUs for nurses!
The iPad plays an important role in teaching, learning, professional development, and in healthcare. It is increasingly used in the classroom, clinics, and hospitals to facilitate engagement, collaboration, presentations, productivity, organization, workflows, and more.
Elevate will provide opportunities to learn about this very powerful tool, the iPad!
If you are innovative, creative, or just plain curious, then this conference is for you! No iPad experience is required to attend.
Samuel Merritt University is pleased to offer Continuing Education Units for Registered Nurses. If you wish to receive CEUs, please complete the session evaluation at the completion of each session you attend.
Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 11258, for 4.0 contact hours. Attendance at this event is free of charge.
Who can request CEUs?
Samuel Merritt University can offer CEUs to Registered Nurses only.
How many units of credit can you receive for attending the conference?
You can receive one (1) unit for every workshop session you attend, for a total of four (4) credits.
What do participants need to do to receive CEUs?
To receive CEUs, you are required to complete an evaluation of your learning experience by the end of the day for every workshop you attended. Additionally, complete the Attestation form.

When will you receive Certificate of Completion?
Your certificates will be emailed to you within 60 days after the event.
