Please note that we are currently required to work remotely, but we are able to come into the office briefly, once a week to process official transcript requests. It should take approximately 7-10 business days for transcripts to be mailed, given the current circumstances.

Please note that ALL transcripts are sent via regular U.S. mail.  We are unable to provide rush transcripts during this period.

If you are a current student, you may access your unofficial transcript via SMURF at any time. Alumni who graduated after 2010 should also be able to access SMURF. If you have issues accessing SMURF, please contact the IT Service Desk at 510-907-2555 (option 1).

If you completed your program before 2010 and absolutely need an unofficial transcript at this time, please send an email to (Anne Scher, Registrar), and I will be happy to assist you.

We thank you for your patience during this time.

(We currently do NOT offer electronic official transcripts)
