The IT Technical Services Team is your single point of contact for technical services. Whether you need technical assistance, have a question, or require technology equipment, we are here to help. Onsite technical support hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m-5 p.m. Here are our channels of support. Submit a service request by visiting our Support Portal, call 510.907.2555 option 1 (available 24/7) or walk-ins (ie. people on campus that require immediate attention). Please call us to schedule a one-on-one session.
We are located on the Oakland Campus at 3100 Telegraph Ave Suite 111, until we move to the new City Center campus. For clients at our San Francisco Peninsula and Sacramento campuses, we offer remote assistance. We schedule periodic onsite campus site visits as needed and a technician is onsite at our Fresno campus.
